**Marketing strategy**: Create marketing strategies that align with the goals of the artists and the music label.
**Communication Strategy**: Develop communication strategies that align with artist positioning and branding objectives.
Collaborate with internal and external team to develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
Assist in the planning and execution of music release events, concerts, promotional activities and merchandise.
Maintain an organized marketing calendar to ensure timely execution of campaigns and events.
Collaborate with artists and their management teams to gather assets and align on campaign objectives.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and creative meetings to generate innovative marketing ideas and stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and strategies.
Provide support for PR activities, influencer partnerships, and media relations as needed.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Music Business, or related field.
4+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within the music or entertainment industry.
Passion for music and a deep understanding of music trends and culture.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Creative thinking and the ability to develop communication campaign & content.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
Knowledge of music streaming platforms and social media is a plus.
