This role will be taking care of the marketing of Mom's Touch brand.
Leads the marketing department and oversees a company's promotion, advertising, and new product development efforts to drive sales and build brand awareness by developing an overall strategic brand marketing plan.
Increase brand recognition and leads by overseeing internal and external marketing campaigns, public relations efforts, and other projects.
Review market trends and the competitive environment to discover opportunities and potential value, adjusting strategy to deal with competitive influences and changing market conditions.
Manages the NPD pipeline with an assessment of the pricing and positioning of the brand's strategic products under the direction of the research and development team.
Analyze the profit margin and the most successful campaigns by comparing sales data to the marketing budget.
Establishes and maintains relationships with key business partners to enable a successful marketing campaign, the sharing of market data, and potential partnerships.
Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
works closely with the company's executive team to identify key decisions on the budget and strategy of the business.
Experience in food and restaurant business is required.
At least 5 years of marketing experience in the global food and restaurant franchise.
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks, to prioritize and meet deadlines.
Proven leader with good track record of building and growing a winning team.
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
Great project management and stakeholder engagement ability.
