- Job Description**Job Purpose**:
Responsible for controlling and managing safety and maintenance programs for the operations, facilities, and equipment to achieve the KPIs, including compliance with standards, laws, and regulations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design a preventive maintenance plan, lead maintenance processes for logistics operations, and oversee all types of maintenance activities.
- Provide schedules and coordinate maintenance resources, materials, and equipment access in compliance with standards, laws, and regulations.
- Maintain equipment condition by identifying and resolving problems and enhancing equipment efficiency. This ensures equipment reliability, availability, and logistics performance within budget constraints, adhering to safety and environmental regulations.
- Lead the repair program and collaborate closely with technicians, vendors, warehouses, and purchasing to ensure that scheduled repair activities are carried out in accordance with standards, laws, and regulations.
- Plan, document, follow up, and monitor the implementation of safety processes and procedures.
- Inspect safety conditions according to work permits and safety rules and regulations before, during, and after work commences.
- Manage and monitor all operational processes to comply with the GxP standards.

**Qualifications:

- **
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- At least 3 years of experience in a supervisor position.
- At least 5 years of experience in safety and facility management in the logistics industry. Experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry would be advantageous.
- Have knowledge of quality standards such as ISO9001, GMP, HACCP, GSDP, GDP and those standards related to facility, safety, and personnel.
- Possess good interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Demonstrate strong leadership, team management, and people management skills.
- Maintain a can-do attitude and a flexible service mindset.
- Exhibit a proactive mindset and the initiative to create solutions.
- Have a good command of written and spoken English.
