**Responsibilities**:
**Key Account Management**:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts in the beauty store channel.
- Act as the main point of contact for key clients, understanding their business needs and objectives.

**Sales Strategy**:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share within the beauty store channel.
- Collaborate with the sales team to set sales targets and objectives for key accounts.

**Negotiation and Contract Management**:

- Lead negotiations for contracts, pricing, and terms with key accounts.
- Ensure that contractual agreements meet the needs of both the company and the key accounts.

**Forecasting and Planning**:

- Analyze market trends and customer behavior to forecast sales and demand for beauty products in the retail channel.
- Work closely with the supply chain and production teams to ensure product availability.

**Category Management**:

- Implement effective category management strategies for beauty products within the store channel.
- Optimize product assortment and placement to enhance sales and customer satisfaction.

**Data Analysis**:

- Utilize data analytics to assess the performance of key accounts and identify opportunities for growth.
- Generate regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.

**Market Intelligence**:

- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
- Use market intelligence to make strategic decisions and adapt the company's approach to changing market conditions.

**Customer Satisfaction and Retention**:

- Monitor customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns raised by key accounts.
- Develop strategies to enhance customer retention and loyalty.

**Budget Management**:

- Manage the budget for the beauty store channel, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Track and control expenses to meet financial targets.

**Experience requirements**:

- Proven experience in key account management, preferably in the beauty or retail industry for 5 years
- Strong understanding of the beauty market and retail channel dynamics.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and use data for decision-making.
- Leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a cross-functional team.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with beauty product trends and consumer behavior.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

**Education requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
