Supervisor, Well Operations (Wireline) is responsible for planning, supervising and executing wireline operations and related activities ensuring that technical and economic justifications are always applied. The jobholder supports field operations and ensures that wireline operations are carried out according to PTTEP’s regulations, standards, guidelines and procedures. The jobholder is responsible technically and operationally for all slickline and braided line operations, well maintenance, fishing operations, well data acquisition. The jobholder also ensures well preparation for workover, coiled tubing, well testing and perforations as well as supports drilling/workover rig activities.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Direct, supervise and coordinate the work to ensure that all assigned Wireline operations are managed and conducted following safe and efficient procedures in accordance with Company’s SSHE policy and industrial standards.
- Lead daily operations and render day-to-day detailed work instructions to the working teams on-site.
- Verify that all Wireline equipment/tools are in good condition, function/pressure tested, and certified following Company’s standards and/or specific instructions.
- Ensure all pressures of interest are verified and recorded for reference and readiness of necessary well control equipment on-site during Wireline operations.
- Compile and summarize Wireline operations; and report any operation failures/problems to Superintendent, Onshore Well Operations for further decision-making for solutions.
- Enhance the implementation, enforcement, development and updating of Wireline safety and operating procedures.
- Provide necessary inputs/feedbacks for technical improvements on execution of Wireline operations as well as Company’s know-how via information technology and training.
- Coordinate the overlap with concerned parties to carry out the jobs as per proposal
- Take overall responsibility for the condition of all equipment/tools used in operations under limitation, and ensure that equipment is properly rigged up and tested under pressure control principles and procedure.
- Supervise and monitor execution of specific operations in a safe manner to minimize Operating Expenditure (OPEX) and other production constraints.

**Key Accountabilities (Cont.)**:

- Plan, develop and recommend strategies, work plan for new technology, procedures and methodology to improve technical/cost performance and manpower.
- Plan, control and ensure the optimization of technical integrity and maintenance of all asset wells and ensure that SSHE matters are in line with PTTEP SSHE MS
- Ensure areas of work and facilities are maintained in a safe condition
- Conduct safety meeting, lead onsite JHA (Job Hazard Analysis) and tool box meetings
- Manage all available resources and workload under his accountabilities appropriately to ensure that objectives are achieved and staff is fully utilized
- Update/prepare procedures for all new equipment/tools introduced into Wireline operations and propose changes to existing procedures when needs are identified.
- Coordinate with contractors and relevant concerned departments within Company to ensure that all Wireline materials and explosives are properly controlled and managed to meet the work requirements
- Ensure good inventory of Company’s equipment/tools and spare parts at work sites or workshop for correct stock realization.
- Ensure proper storage, handling and transportation of materials to avoid risk of premature equipment damage.
- Promote reporting of any incident and motivate all personnel to give thorough details for clear understanding and more efficient** **prevention of reoccurrence
- Promote the implementation of PTTEP’s SSHE policy, regulations and industrial standards in all works under responsibility

**Professional Knowledge & Experiences**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or significant relevant work experience in wireline
- Minimum 5-year work experience primarily in wireline operations with good knowledge of slickline, braided line and other related well interventions
- Well Control certificate for well intervention

**Additional Desirable Qualifications**:

- Supervisory and interpersonal skill
