**Why we need you**
As an Associate Talent Development, you will have a dual role supporting both the Learning and Development (L&D) and Talent Acquisition (TA) teams. In this position, 80% of your focus will be on assisting the design, implementation, and evaluation of training programs, while 20% will be dedicated to supporting the recruitment process. This role combines your expertise in learning and development, recruitment processes, and administrative efficiency to help ensure that Opn's talent development and acquisition efforts are smoothly executed and aligned with organizational goals.

**Training Program Development**
- Collaborate with stakeholders to assess learning needs and develop training objectives.
- Assist in designing and developing training materials, including presentations, e-learning modules, and training manuals.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and innovative training methodologies.
- Align training programs with organizational goals and cater to the needs of different employee groups.
**Training Program Implementation**
- Coordinate and schedule training sessions and workshops.
- Assist in delivering engaging and effective training programs.
- Provide logístical support for training events and sessions.
- Ensure seamless execution of training sessions by collaborating with trainers, facilitators, and guest speakers.
**Learning Management System (LMS) Administration**:
- Manage and maintain the organization's Learning Management System.
- Enroll users, assign courses, and generate reports.
- Support employees in navigating the LMS and troubleshoot any issues.
- Track training metrics and assess the impact of learning initiatives.
**Training Evaluation and Continuous Improvement**
- Assist in developing evaluation strategies and feedback mechanisms.
- Analyze training evaluation data and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance training programs based on feedback and industry trends.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of learning and development processes.
**Administrative Support**
- Provide general administrative assistance to the Learning and Development department.
- Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and handle correspondence.
- Track training activities, attendance, and participant feedback.
**Recruitment Process Support**
- Help maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring compliance and timely reporting.
- Support the recruitment team with employer branding initiatives, attending career fairs, and organizing recruitment events as needed.
**Onboarding Support**
- Collaborate with the onboarding team to ensure new hires have a seamless transition into the company.
- Assist in onboarding activities such as new hire orientations, preparing materials, and coordinating sessions.
- Support ongoing initiatives that improve the onboarding process, making it engaging and effective for new employees.
**You**
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field.
- Previous experience in learning and development, instructional design, or talent acquisition.
- Solid understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Familiarity with learning management systems, e-learning tools, and applicant tracking systems.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to multitask across learning programs and recruitment tasks.
