Job Description:

**Term of Hiring**:Permanent

**Job Purpose**:
He / She will be responsible for the end-to-end recruiting process and for sourcing the talent for companys business, source the pipeline of internal and external talent by using the professional networks and HR industry leading technologies and systems.

**Responsibilities**:

- Actively work with leadership teams, hiring managers, and HR business partners to develop a solid understanding of strategic goals and job requirements. Develop in-depth knowledge/understanding of the designated specialized area, including knowledge of the energy business, industry, markets, and associations.
- Lead the recruitment process to achieve high quality talent acquisition and hiring manager engagement, including screening, interviewing, and offers processing by using Applicant Tracking System
- Use multiple creative techniques to proactively identify and attract passive talent through low-cost/free sources such as professional networks (LinkedIn), employee recommendation/referrals, and job advertisement.
- Train and advise hiring managers, HR business partners and other employees on the recruitment process and related systems.
- Ensure compliance with the company's talent acquisition policies and procedures as well as compliance with applicable government regulations and laws.
- Have the opportunity to work with TA and HR colleagues in APAC region.

**Qualifications**:

- Have 5-8 years of recruiting experience including experience in a corporate recruiting role or in an agency/search firm role.
- Excellent communication skills in English, customer service orientation, relationship building, teamwork, follow-up, and attention to detail.
- The ability to prioritize a variety of tasks and assignments as well as manage and maintain confidential HR information.
- Work experience in a dynamic / fast-paced team environment.
- Demonstrated experience building business relationships and a track record of excellent customer satisfaction.
- A fast learner and has an attitude to be always aiming for excellence.
- Experience with cross-country recruitment within the APAC region is preferred.
