Head of HRm

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a seasoned and strategic HR leader to join our team as the Head of HRM. You will be responsible for providing comprehensive leadership and direction for all aspects of the HR function. This includes driving strategic initiatives, overseeing daily HR operations, and ensuring a positive employee experience throughout the entire employee lifecycle.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage the entire HR team, providing strategic direction and guidance.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive HR strategy aligned with the company's overall business goals.
- Oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and development.
- Manage employee relations, including addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment.
- Develop and implement competitive compensation and benefits programs.
- Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest HR trends and best practices.
- Partner with other departments to ensure alignment between HR initiatives and the broader business goals.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in Human Resources Management, with a strong track record of success in a large manufacturing company.
- Proven ability to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives that align with the overall business goals.
- Demonstrated expertise in all areas of HR, including talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation & benefits, performance management, and training & development.
- Strong understanding of employment law and compliance regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with senior management and all levels of employees.
- Experience implementing and utilizing HR technology solutions.
