Responsibilities

**1. Sales Strategy Development**: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.

**2. Direct, Online and Social Media Sales**: Manage and optimize sales activities on our platforms and social media channels, including e-commerce websites, social media marketplaces, and other relevant platforms.

**3. Lead Generation**: Identify and generate leads through online marketing campaigns, social media engagement, and other promotional activities.

**4. Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and addressing inquiries promptly.

**5. Sales Team Management**: Lead and motivate the sales team, setting clear sales targets, monitoring performance, and providing coaching and support to ensure team success.

**6. Sales Analysis and Reporting**: Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement. Prepare regular sales reports and provide recommendations to enhance sales performance.

**7. Customer Service**: Handle direct customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.

**8. Collaboration**: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and customer service, to align sales strategies and ensure seamless customer experiences.

**9. Distribution**: Arrange the distribution of orders through appropriate logistic channels.
10. Invoicing and collection. Ensure Invoices for all orders are raised and sent to customers. Coordinate with accounting staff to assist them on any credit collections

Key Functions

3. Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
4. Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets.
5. Analyze sales data and market trends to drive sales performance.
6. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
7. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
