**Key Responsibilities**:
1. A Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team, managing schedules, and coordinating appointments.

2. Facilitate seamless communication between team members, internal departments, and external stakeholders.

3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, databases, and project documentation.

4. Contribute to fostering a culture of innovation within the team through encouragement of creative thinking.

5. Coordinate logistics for events, workshops, and team activities, ensuring smooth execution.

6. Serve as a liaison for the team, handling travel arrangements and managing calendars effectively.

7. Assist manager to organize resources, including office supplies, equipment, and procurement requests.

8. Demonstrate exceptional organizational and time-management skills in a fast-paced environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in an administrative or support role is advantageous but not mandatory; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Enthusiastic individuals with a strong desire to learn more about innovation, particularly in healthcare and medical devices.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Basic English proficiency is required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

**Education and Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage.
