- About the Role:_

The position of Sales Development Representative is crucial for driving business growth and market presence in Thailand. The role involves direct engagement with senior-level executives and IT professionals to promote and sell our client's Order Management System (OMS) and Warehouse Management System (WMS) solutions.
- Responsibilities:_
- Develop and execute strategies to increase market share within Thailand.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closure, including product demonstrations, solution mapping, contract negotiation, and onboarding.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to drive lead generation and convert inquiries into sales.
- Continuously update CRM tools to ensure effective pipeline management.
- Analyze market trends and provide feedback on marketing and sales strategies.
- Requirements:_
- Proven experience in B2B sales, particularly within IT or SaaS, with a minimum of 1-2 years in lead generation and direct sales.
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels, including executive and C-level.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Thai and English.
- Strong understanding of eCommerce, retail solutions, and SaaS technologies.
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team across diverse cultural backgrounds.
