- Learning and Development- Lead the implementation of learning and development initiatives that are aligned with current and forward-looking organizational needs, employee development plans and business line objectives.
- Work closely with business leaders and people partners to identify, develop and implement organizational training needs and training interventions in alignment with workforce strategies for business growth.
- Responsible for executing learning programs strategy, support end to end learning initiatives including identifying learning and development needs, update policies and processes, curating content, sourcing for vendors, assessing and evaluating training effectiveness.
- Manage communication strategy to educate employees about learning initiative and market plans for new courses and training updates.
- Manage local vendor relationships in support of learning and development programs.

Talent Management
- Lead the implementation of talent management programs and initiatives that grow organisational capability through employee engagement, performance management and employee, manager and leadership learning and development.
- Support in the design, development and implementation of the talent review process and talent engagement programs for workforce retention and leadership succession.
- Implement approach to performance management and enable employees and managers to have robust performance, development, and career conversations.
- Lead the annual process of employee engagement survey by generating insights to support subsequent actions that drive improved engagement both across the organization and business lines.
- Build employee engagement through employee recognition programmes, employee engagement programmes, communication platforms, and organisation of events.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business or any related fields from a recognized university.
- At least 7 years of broad HR experience with a strong focus in learning and talent management.
- Experience in training process, content development, sourcing and vendor management, program delivery and evaluation.
- Experience in delivering stand-up training and facilitating virtual learning sessions.
- Self-starter, takes initiative, able to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong program management with excellent organising and presentation skills.
- Strong communication and loves connecting with people.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and navigates ambiguity well.
