**Responsibilities**:

- Support the Sales Team in managing client interactions and coordination.
- Prepare sales documents and presentations to assist in client meetings.
- Develop a strong understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
- Assist in sales activities and team meetings to improve strategies and processes.
- Reach out to new customers for pre-screening and lead qualification.
- Follow up with existing customers to gather feedback and identify improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales operations.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned to support the sales process.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or any related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills - ability to engage with customers professionally and clearly.
- Highly motivated and eager to learn - proactive, adaptable, and willing to take on new challenges.
- Detail-oriented and well-organized - ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Problem-solving mindset - can analyze customer needs and provide solutions.
- Tech-savvy - comfortable using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and digital platforms.
- Able to work on-site at our headquarters in Chaengwattana 14 for collaboration with the sales team.
- Fluent in Thai (spoken & written); English proficiency is a plus - must communicate effectively in Thai, with English as an advantage for supporting international clients.
