**Main Responsibilities**
- Report to the Demand Creation Lead, acts as the brand custodian. Responsible for the equity, growth, and social-first strategy of their assigned brand(s)
- Lead innovation development from end-to-end as Citra is a Local Jewel
- Craft and execute a holistic brand plan that brings together all demand creation activities, with a strong emphasis on digital and social-first initiatives
- Responsible for leading integrated brand planning, developing and executing marketing strategies, managing the brand portfolio, and driving innovation to achieve ambitious business objectives
- Be the primary escalation point for all PR, community and reputation management issues related to their brand(s)
- Responsible for fostering a strong brand identity, ensuring consistent brand messaging, and championing a social-first approach to consumer engagement
- Lead the execution of social first marketing plans, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and brand equity.
- Lead an integrated Demand Creation team to develop and execute social first marketing plans in market for their brand driving profitable growth and market share.
- Lead quarterly OKR planning and execution for the brand, setting ambitious targets, tracking progress, and holding teams accountable for delivering results.
- Lead and project manage through the local agency group, fostering strong partnerships and ensuring seamless collaboration with global and local marketing teams.
- Lead and own the development of best-in-class brand experiences across all touchpoints, building brand purpose, driving brand marketing objectives and JTBD.
- Be the digital pioneer, pushing forward digital and e-commerce execution, working closely with the Demand Creation team and external agency partners to deliver seamless consumer experiences.

**Experience & Qualification**
- 5 years’ experience in marketing or sales
- Experience in Beauty company/industry/channel is a plus
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge on communication development, and media planning process, public relations, and e-commerce
- Good with numbers (sales analysis, knowledge of P&L, budgeting) and has experience in strategy development
- An excellent English language communicator with senior stakeholders and peers (conversational and presentational)
- Experience in managing relationships with a variety of stakeholders - both internal and external partners
- Experience in leading an internal cross functional task force and working with external agencies
