**Brand Innovation Manager**:
**Personal Care products**
**Report to: Group Brand Manager**

**LOCATION: Bangkok, Thailand**

**MAIN PURPOSE**:
**Responsible for initiating and developing a strong innovation pipeline and delivering NPDs with IMC to create impactful business results in order to achieve target market share and P&L/ Financial objectives.**

**New Product Development**
- ** Actively identify new opportunity and develop NPD concepts by leveraging research on local, consumer & shopper, and category insights and analytics as well as be able to anticipate and predict the trends.**
- ** Develop distinctive people centric innovation to drive business growth that in line with brand equity.**
- ** Coordinate the development of innovation grid to gain sign off from Local and Division.**
- ** Lead product development and manage projects by working closely with cross functional teams internally and externally to ensure on-time delivery and align with planned budgets.**
- ** Works with the Insights & Research team on preparing actionable recommendations to address new opportunities and ongoing business challenges.**
- ** Actively participate in driving innovation and ensure a strong portfolio and assortment for the brand in the growth driving retail environment.**
- ** Participate in Division and Global Meeting to share updates from hubs.**

**Marketing Strategy**
- ** Coordinate the development of product portfolio strategy.**
- ** Coordinate the development of Brand Growth Plan to improve brand health and accelerate brand growth.**
- ** Coordinate the implementation of the overall sub-category & brand strategies agreed with Hub and Division, including 5P guidelines to achieve/exceed market share & financial objectives.**
- ** Understand Go-to-Market process and be able to work with cross functional team to deliver strong Go-To-Market plan.**

**IMC Development**
- ** Lead IMC development by working with agencies and cross functional teams for new product launches.**
- ** Deliver all IMC assets for NPD to create impactful launch (KV, POP, TVC, Digital, Ecommerce).**
- ** Manage production cost and agency fees budget as planned.**
- ** Understand media strategy guidelines & updates and its implications to sub-category.**

- ** Consumer Marketing Planning: Building superior marketing bundles and brand/category plans to create and convert consumer interest to purchase.**
- ** Advertising Development: Creative and Media Translating brand positioning and strategy into effective consumer communications and effectively reaching as many target consumers as possible.**
- ** Project management: manage multiple projects simultaneously, working & lead cross functional teams to achieve project goals.**
- ** Trade Understanding: Understanding the trade environment and aligning Colgate’s category/brand strategies with customer priorities.**
