Responsibility

Segment Management
- Responsible for overall management of assigned consumer segment in selected AEC country, ranging from identifying customers' needs and values to the Bank, developing strategies and process to sell and serve in appropriate forms and channels.
- Monitor and analyze sales and services in assigned consumer segment, as well as profitability, revenues, and expenses, in comparison to targets and competitors.
- Coordinate with relevant parties such as Product Managers and Channel Managers in offering and development of products and services that serve customers’ needs and create value to the Bank.
- Coach and support subordinates in developing their competencies, as well as motivate them.
- Coordinate with both internal and external departments to ensure achievement of the Bank.

Sales Management
- Manage and provide sales target to sales team through an analysis of the strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities of the business to reach out target customers and generate the most profitable opportunities.
- Design and implement a strategic sales plan that expands bank’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence.
- Design and calculate rewards and incentives to stimulate the performance of sales and service teams.
- Initiate and execute an event or campaigns marketing to attract customers and boost sales.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.

Qualification
- Bachelor/Master’s degree in MBA, Economy, Marketing, Finance and Accounting, or related fields.
- 5 years’ experience in Segment Management, Strategy, Customer’s Understanding, Marketing, or banking industry with strong know-how and understanding in AEC market.
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
- Strong in communication and presentation skill.
- High achievement drive.

Working Location

Location: Kasikorn Bank, Phaholyothin Office (near BTS Ari), and occasionally travel to AEC Country.
