Human Resources Staff

**Recruitment**:
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to facilitate the selection process.
- **Onboarding**:
- Coordinate and conduct new employee orientations.
- Prepare and maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Assist in the development and implementation of onboarding programs.
- **Employee Relations**:
- Address employee queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in the resolution of employee relations issues.
- Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and analyze results.
- **HR Administration**:
- Maintain HR databases, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Prepare HR-related reports and documentation.
- Manage and update employee records, including personal information, attendance, and leave records.
- **Compliance**:
- Stay updated on labor laws and regulations.
- Assist in ensuring HR policies and procedures comply with legal requirements.
- Support HR audits and compliance reviews.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in HR or a related role is preferred.
- Knowledge of HR processes, policies, and best practices.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Discretion and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
- The HR Staff will work in an office environment with regular business hours.
- May be required to attend meetings or events outside of regular hours.
