**MAIN PURPOSE**
Provide full Human Resources Services to the Richemont Brands and Functions in Thailand. Drive local initiatives, operations and business partnering with key stakeholders in local and regional levels.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
1. Recruitment & Selection
- Oversee whole stream of local sourcing.
- Maintain up-to-date recruitment progress report, talent database and all related staffing communication.
2. Employee Experience
- Drive excellent execution of HR operational processes to provide an exceptional employee experience throughout employee cycle.
- Monitor and evaluate effectiveness of On/Off Boarding Process, and take immediate actions to follow up on non-compliance cases.
3. Learning & Development
- Conduct Richemont Essential training for local and regional staff.
- Support the talent management agenda (from identification to write up of individual development plan)
- Identify key skills, specialty skills and propose training development needs based on the Group philosophy.
4. Performance Management
- Kickstart meaningful conversations between employees and managers constantly
- Review performance and potential rating in Career Committee
- Drive Annual Performance Management Process
- Advice staff and manager on Performance Improvement issues
- Internal mobility
5. Compensation and Benefits
- Review staff benefit programs and organise communications to promote better visibility on benefits (i.e. Retail Compensation Scheme)
- Compile all data needed for salary survey, the Annual Salary Review, and the Annual Performance Appraisal Analysis
6. Payroll
- Ensure operational excellence in payroll services in timely manner
- Verify accuracy of payroll and commission payments
7. HRIS
- To maintain smooth running of the Human Resources Information System (SAP)
- To monitor timely update of personnel records (personal details, position, salary, appraisal outcomes, leave records, training and awards)
8. Internal Communications
- Responsible for internal HR communication: monthly staff movement, regular announcement on different HR activities and news.
- Support Group HR on roll-out of new HR initiatives on internal communications
9. Employee Relations
- To foster a conducive working environment through employee relations activities and communication
- To conduct exit and grievance interviews with all respective departments/staffs
- To assist in handling all local labour tribunal cases
- To detect and handle complaints, disputes, and grievances of all staffs and to report them to the Human Resources Director
10. Employee Engagement, CSR and Workplace Health & Safety
- Plan the calendar of the engagement, wellness, and CSR programs.
- Organize regular activities to engage our employees (Monday Booster, Dance & Dinner, International Women’s Day, Pride Month and CNY)
- Work together with Health, Safety & Security team to maintain overall Workplace Health and Safety program
11. HR Projects
- Take lead in managing new & upcoming projects in the operations team such as system enhancements, benefits review etc.
- Partner and support SEAO HR Team in any other adhoc duties assigned as necessary
12. Expatriates Management
- To manage the relocation of expatriates for human aspects (coaching, advises, experience sharing) and HR technical aspects (Visa, Housing, schools, car and clubs if applicable
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resource or related field
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a HR Business Partner role or with full spectrum of human resource functions
- Fluent in Thai and English, both oral and writing
- Excellent interpersonal, collaboration skills and strategic mindset
- Able to handle matrix environment with multiple stakeholders
- Knowledge of SAP would be an advantage.
