**หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ**:
- Review the operational aspects of each department to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure that all operational policies and procedures are applied across all operational functions.
- Supervise and monitor all operational support staff of the department to ensure that goals and standards are achieved.
- Ensure timely submission of reports to the relevant authorities and management.
- Support superiors in managing day-to-day operating expenditures against operating budgets to ensure efficient resource usage.
- Analyze business performance and earnings to understand key business events contributing to earnings results.
- Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day business operations, such as quotation, purchase orders, tax invoices, and billing processes for customers, as well as tracking sales orders to ensure alignment with company policies.
- Monitor data input, process information, handle paperwork, and file documents.

**คุณสมบัติ**:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, or related fields.
- 8 years of experience in business support and operations support.
- Experience managing a team of at least 10 people.
- Comfortable with numbers and budget management.
- Skilled in process improvement and resource management.
