This position typically involves leading a team and working closely with various stakeholders to develop and execute digital strategies, enhance the organization's digital presence, and ensure seamless user experiences across digital platforms.

**Key responsibilities of a Head of Digital Platform may include**:

- Developing and implementing the organization's digital platform strategy.
- Managing and optimizing digital channels like websites, mobile apps, and social media platforms.
- Overseeing the design, development, and maintenance of digital solutions and platforms.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, IT, and design, to align digital initiatives with business objectives.
- Leading project management efforts for digital initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
- Monitoring and analyzing digital performance metrics and making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Staying updated with emerging digital trends and technologies, and assessing their potential impact on the organization.
- Managing relationships with external vendors and partners to support digital platform operations

**Qualifications**
- BSc/BA or MSc/MA in computer science, engineering, or relevant field.
- Experience in IT Solution Development, and Business Solution Analyst, Platform, and Customer Experience areas.
- Background in designing and developing Technology solutions.
- Understanding of data analysis, business operations, and budget planning.
- A strong strategic and business mindset.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Excellent Project Management.
