About the role
Office and HR Administrator will be responsible for day-to-day office and facility management, visa, work permit and 90 days report. Oversee the office administrative tasks, admin support, and coordinate with employee and vendors. This role will be reporting to and working closely with HR Manager Thailand/Vietnam in administering and delivering general day-to-day Office and HR operations and support to ensure the effective HR plans aligned with the BayWa r.e. APAC.
What you will do
Office and Facility Management:
- Manage daily office facility, ensuring safety and hygiene meet the requirements by managing and supervising a housekeeper on daily tasks to ensure the office is always clean and tidy.- Responsible for monitoring IT Asset and Inventory, purchasing stationery, office supplies, and furniture to prevent a stock shortage.- Monitor Sustainability Report.- Keeping track records of costs and expenses as well as office documents and vendor management.- Act as a main contact point for office building, maintenance, courier process, and external vendors.- Responsible for vendor negotiation, cost comparison for having the best deals and efficient cost management, quality, and delivery time.
Visa and Work-Permit:
- Coordinating between expats and BOI/Immigration Center and administering end-to-end process of Visa, Work-Permit, and 90 days report as well as statutory matters.
HR Operations:
- Facilitate HR Manager in organizing internal employee initiatives and activities.- Assist HR Manager in administrative tasks and day-to-day employee from pre-onboarding to offboarding.- Handle other tasks as assigned. Ad-hoc exercise on the request of manager.
What you’ll need to succeed- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Office Administration, HR roles, and experience with Visa/Work-Permit process is a plus.- Native Thai speaker with good command of English.
