We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team and drive the sales of our high-quality CBD products. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building relationships with potential clients, educating them about the benefits of CBD, and closing sales to achieve revenue targets within the CBD industry.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prospect and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and attending industry events.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to promote CBD product sales.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of our CBD products, effectively addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales materials, such as brochures, presentations, and product samples, to support your sales efforts.
- Actively engage with potential clients to identify their pain points, educate them about the benefits of CBD, and present our products as solutions.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries promptly, providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals to achieve or exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and maintain a competitive edge.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and reports using CRM software, documenting all sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities.
- Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the B2B environment, and experience selling CBD products or similar wellness products is a plus.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of CBD products, their benefits, and the regulatory environment surrounding their sale.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, listen actively, and articulate complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
- Results-oriented mindset with a passion for sales and achieving targets, while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
- Self-motivated and proactive individual who can effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, and work independently.
- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to overcome objections and secure deals.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools to manage leads, track sales activities, and generate reports.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, demonstrating resilience and a positive attitude.
- Willingness to travel as required for client meetings, industry events, and trade shows.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.

**Salary**: From ฿35,000.00 per month
