This role is responsible for supporting the division business leaders from HR business partnering (recruitment, performance management, training, development, policy) for the country and delivery of HR Operations Services in APAC from Onboarding to Offboarding, Benefits Administration, accurate Data Management, Regulatory, Labour compliance law and Statutory Reporting and third-party Vendor management including but not limited to:

- Performance Management (PM): To support the PM cycle, Goal Setting, Appraisals, compensation review, PIP’s. To work with biz leaders to provide guidance as per company and country regulations to improve performance,
- Labour Compliance: Responsible to ensure the Bruker office is compliant in accordance with the country labour laws.
- Provide support to organise local trainings as per business and company requirements.
- Partners with the business to sustain a culture of consistent transparency, demonstrated fairness in employee dealings, and compliance to Bruker’s Code of Conduct
- Administers HR operations processes in the areas of onboarding, work pass management, confirmation of employment, staff movements and off-boarding (complying to regulatory requirements).
- Creates and maintains employees’ records in HR systems and personal files.
- Manage and work with outsourced payroll provider to ensure timely and accurate management of all payroll-related activities, transactions updates records and reporting requirements.
- Ensures timely and accurate submission of government lodgement & etc.
- Administer leave, leave accrual & actuarial valuation reports and employee benefits programmes, including insurances, employee well-being in accordance with policies.
- Manage employee centre / Microsoft Teams
- Generate, produce and manage employee-related reports as per regulatory/legislative requirements, and other company requirements.
- Support employee relations and HR Projects.
- Assist on any ad-hoc tasks as required.

Qualifications:

- Degree in Human Resources, Business or equivalent is preferred
- Minimum 5-7 years’ experience in Human Resource functional areas of HR operations, payroll and benefits management.
- Familiarity with the Thailand employment act, Tax Revenue laws and other statutory regulations (such as pension fund, social security).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality with highly sensitive data
- High degree of initiative, independent and innovative individual with strong appreciation of processes and good numerical and analytical skills
- A team player who is customer focused, has a sense of urgency, meticulous and with strong organization skills, ability to multi-task and collaborate across all levels and teams
- Able to work immediately or within a short notice period
