**About this opportunity**

In Market Area Oceana (MOAI) Managed Services, within the CU Thailand, we are looking for Head of Design, Planning & Optimization that reports to MS Chief Operating Officer.

The unit is primarily responsible for managed services contract profitability, customer satisfaction and fulfilment of the contract for dtac, Thailand managed services contract delivery.

**What you will do?**

Accountable for the end to end Service ownership and contractual delivery which includes design, planning & optimization service functions that relate to the dtac, Thailand Managed Service (MS) solution. The Head of Design, Planning & Optimization will be focused on the financial and delivery performance (including the performance in environment, occupational health and safety areas) of the assignments within a Managed Service contract. Responsible to manage the applicable WLAs and OLAs with delivery organizations, manage the delivery of planning and engineering activities, securing an efficient customer network, Broadcast environment and IS/IT infrastructure lifecycle management and a cost-effective end to end solution design, according to contractual requirements and Ericsson strategy.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Drive efficiency, & customer experience: Continuously drive for efficiency improvements, automation, customer experience and excellence in Service Delivery. Approve and support improvement plans that requires multi delivery unit initiatives. Align delivery to meet customer business objectives. Collaborate & Negotiate with customer on additional investments required to improve performance or maintain the expected delivery.
- Analyze and ensure customer management: Analyzing cost effectiveness of all solutions, by considering the initial implementation & operational costs for total cost of ownership.
- Contract Development: Drive contract growth, through development of add-on sales opportunities. Strategic planning for contract retention & extension.
The management of the Service throughout its lifecycle including demand management, ASP integration, environment, occupational health and safety (EHS) risk management, data privacy, automation, architecture, reliability and continuous service improvement.
