**Main responsibilities**

**Strategic Planning & Business Alignment**
- Develop business plan for specific market with alignment with regional strategy
- Implement sales strategies for each business that align with customer base, competitive landscape, and market dynamics. Lead the development and execution of regional sales strategies and business plans to achieve commercial outcomes.
- Collaborate with senior management to ensure that sales strategies align with corporate objectives and are effectively implemented in Thailand, Vietnam, and Malaysia.
- Continuously evaluate market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine and adjust strategies as necessary.
- Involves margin optimization and supply to ensure sales targets are achieved.

**Sales Leadership & Target Achievement**
- Lead the sales teams to meet both short-term & long-term business growth and targets for all SBU in the three respective markets.
- Develop and execute strategies that drive revenue growth, market penetration, and customer retention across all three markets.
- Monitor performance, adjust tactics, and provide leadership to ensure all teams are on track to meet sales targets.
- Direct and prioritize the workload of team members. Train (via on-the-job, in-house and/or external training programs) and coach the direct reports and develop the succession planning in order to improve the working efficiency, quality and professional skills of the team members.

**Marketing & Customer Management**
- Identify strategic customers and build and long-term relationships with key customers across Thailand, Vietnam, and Malaysia.
- Establish a framework for proactive customer engagement, ensuring that the sales team maintains regular communication, anticipates customer needs, and delivers value-added services.
- Develop and implement customer management strategies that strengthen client relationships and improve customer retention.
- Developing Customer Segmentation & Distributor Strategy to enable Sales target achievement.
- Oversee marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with sales objectives and company goals.
- Leverage customer engagement activities/initiatives to sustain long-term business with strategic customers. This includes engagement with related external parties, industries, trades, commercial partners, organizations, etc.

**Operation Excellence management**
- Assure safety operation in practices in all areas of responsibilities.
- Collaborate closely with leadership team to ensure that the operations and supply chain functions are aligned with sales objectives and targets.
- Ensure that all sales tools, materials, and inventory are readily available for the sales team to achieve their goals.
- Direct responsible for local stock operation as well as distribution channel, ensuring supply/demand balance and its reliability to customers.
- Provide data and timely feedback on end use market trends, buy analyses, to support defining and revising the levels of a regional/local buffer stock in order to meet timely customer needs.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in chemistry, sciences or engineering.
- At least 8 years experiences related work in area of sales, marketing or technical/sales service.
- Good interpersonal skills and be able to work in large and complex environment.
- Fluent in communication skills in English.
