Responsible for overall construction and project management including project timeline planning, design overview, progress tracking and completion report of all Samsung shop and asset in Thailand.
Ensure Retail experience matching with customer's profile with Product Category display management is effectively delivered and aligned with company and business unit direction.
Shop Investment ROI together with Annual, Quarterly and Monthly Budget management must be will organized, planned and communicated in a timely basis with all stakeholders.
Coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders (i.e. sales, partners, vendor/contractor, landlord and HQ) to deliver best practice of shop layout, perspective design, construction, and set up in accordance with Samsung Global criteria and retail market standard.
Provide local guideline of Samsung shop including process, required document, BOQ, and standard rate, vendor recruitment, and bidding process.
Manage shop maintenance request to maintain quality of brand, asset condition, product and merchandising visibility.
Control and supervise all related construction and maintenance to deliver project as commitment under allocated budget.
Provide report relevant to supervisor request.
Skills and QualificationsExperienced professional with full understanding on specialized areas; resolves a wide range of issues in creative ways.
Works on problems of diverse scope where analyzing data requires evaluating identifiable factors. Demonstrates good judgement in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
Normally receives little instruction on day-to-day work and receives general instructions on new assignments.
Typically requires minimum 5 years' of related experience and a Bachelor's degree, or 3 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD without experience.
