- Work closely with various business team leaders to develop cohesive communications strategy that promotes and protects the company’s reputation and enhances its visibility. This includes managing issues with various BU and other workstream leaders, planning activations and constructing reputational narratives that reflect Lazada's key group OKRs.
- or on-the-record media briefings independently, and able to articulate company’s positions to influence a favorable reputational outcome.- Manage and solve complex, fast-moving and unexpected issues, crisis and communications challenges.
- Prioritize and manage incoming requests from external stakeholders, provide on-ground support and prepare business leaders for interaction with them. These may include but not limited to media, government stakeholders, peer companies, high-level speaking panels, associations/agencies, NGOs, top brands, sellers etc.
- Educate C-levels on role and function of Communications team in the bigger scheme of things, and how the team help achieve business goals collectively.
- Ensure allocated budget is spent appropriately on initiatives that matter and that can move the reputation needle.

**Job Requirements**
- Minimum 12 years in a mix of roles handling corporate and consumer communications, with experience in reputational strategic communications and social-led PR.
- Possess native Thai language skills, and strong written/spoken English language skills
- Possess organizational skills and time management to drive multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to develop thought leadership analyst/influencer/opinion leaders network
- Experience in driving nationwide projects, and navigating through a matrix structure in a culturally diverse environment
