Area Sales Manager

**In this position you will....**
work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to review and deliver the sales plan and initiatives. This will involve the development of a strong working relationship with a range of stakeholders at both executive and operational level.
**You will be responsible for **
- Delivering an effective performance goal based on product volume, revenue, or any custom measure.
- Communicating with partners to understand their needs and provide product value.
- Building relationships with partners based on trust and respect.
- Collecting and analyzing data to study more about consumer behavior.
- Keeping accurate records for composing an effective sales plan.
- Maintaining an updated knowledge of company products and services.
- Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes.
- Identifying customer needs and trends. Ensuring effective communication internally and externally, especially in receiving and sharing feedback.

**You will require the following qualifications and skills**
- A Thai national
- Possess a degree in business or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience in sales, client-facing role.
- Possess strong presentation, planning, organization, and analytical skills.
- Ability to handle customer complaints and/or requests with a sense of urgency and could be impartial and objective.
- Strong team player, adaptable and versatile in working style
- Independent, energetic, passionate, proactive, customer focus, and results oriented.
- Fluent in Thai and English.
