Sales Manager

Responsibility
- Forecasts goals and objectives for sales, gross and key expenses on a monthly and annual basis.
- Oversees the hiring, coaching, motivation, and performance evaluation of all used-vehicle sales employees.
- Assists individual salespeople in setting monthly goals and objectives and provides them with the support to achieve these goals.
- Develops, implements, and monitors a prospecting and sales control system to ensure proper follow-up with all potential customers.
- Maintains vehicle inventory. Monitors customer preferences, lost sales and conducting local market analyses to determine which vehicles to stock.
- Oversees the efforts of used car salespeople to enhance the image and customer satisfaction ratings of the dealership.
- Establishes delivery procedures and ensures that delivery includes presenting the customer to the service department and scheduling the first service appointment.
- Assists in the development of advertising campaigns and other promotions.
- Negotiate with customers to reach a fair price for both sides.
- Ensure that the sales executive is complying with all laws and regulations.
Qualification
- Bachelor degree in any field
- At least 5 years’ experience in cars selling
- Pleasant personality
- Service mind
- Good communication skill
- Good English (reading and verbal) is a plus
