- Oversee all business operations relating to compliance
- Design and monitor control systems to deal with violations of legal rules and internal policies
- Review and evaluate company procedures and reports to identify hidden risks or common issues.
- Coordinate with different department managers/parent company to review all departmental compliance policies.
- Lead employee training sessions on legal and compliance issues.
- Draft, Review, Review and Negotiate the contract terms and conditions (both Thai and English) to verify that they are in compliance with company policies and all applicable laws regulations.

**Qualification**
- Master or Bachelor's degree in law
- Working in the audit firm or in-house in multinational corporation or banking industry is preferable
- Fast Learner, adaptable and be able to wok with Gen Y and Z.
- Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and research skills.
- Natural leader who displays sound judgment and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, public speaking skills and be able to communicate in English
- Having commercial awareness to fulfil the company satisfactions while preventing the legal and reputational risks at the same time.
