**Job responsibilities**:
To draft & review business contract & key legal documents as per assigned, services agreement, etc. and other key legal documents.
To advice on law, regulatory and compliance matters & code of conduct with respect to SPBT s businesses including privacy law, anti-bribery, etc.
To cooperate with the various functions/department to support SPBT s businesses and respective functions/department to achieve their goals and strategies.
To advise, implement and enforce compliance policies and to assess potential risk in situations.
To conduct legal training (esp. on compliance matters) as per organization need and as required by Corporate/Sector/Region Legal.
To manage external counsel/ lawyers to address specific and discrete legal issues.
To support other works assigned by superiors.

**Skill and Experience**:
Bachelor s Degree in Law.
At least 10 years experience.
Experience in MNC&FMCG business, PDPA, FCPA and Anti-bribery is a plus.
Fluency in English language.
