Take this opportunity to GROW together and experience a culture that empowers you to express your ideas and share what you're passionate about - Develops the medical strategies in each medical channel by taking into consideration the Department's OGSM, marketing and sales strategies, the overall company's OGSM, market situation, competitors' movements, etc.; presents and co-discusses with the Nutrition Director and the concerned nutrition team to get the conclusion on the medical activities plan implemented on monthly, quarterly, and annually basis; monitors and controls the activities and plan in each medical channel and revises such activities and plan as deemed appropriate based on market situation to ensure that the activities and plans are well executed in an effective and efficiency manners.
- Develops and sets up Annual Medical Activities/Plans and Promotion Action Plan for all product categories based on Marketing and Sales Action Plans of each product and budget allocation, by determining and prioritizing the major projects to be conducted to each major product on a monthly basis, the amount of allocated budget for each project, the concerned personnel; submits such Plan to the Nutrition Director for approval.
- Accompanies Area Nutrition Managers and Nutrition Advisors on special events or nutrition activities plan in order to support them on the product knowledge and promotional aspects of the assigned products to ensure the market penetration of the assigned products, to gather market and technical information, e.g., competitors' promotional activities, market movement, feedback of products, and to maintain good relationship with the key health care professionals to build and maintain brand' image and loyalty to the company's products.
- Liaises and participates in the meeting with the concerned personnel in the nutrition teams, marketing teams and sales teams to discuss and share the information, activities, and plan related to medical channel and nutrition program ensuring that all programs are aligned with the company's direction and business plan.
- Monitors and controls the budget spending in each medical channel programs and promotional materials / gimmicks to ensure the maximization of budget spending in the achievement of Nutrition Department's OGSM.
- Liaises with Area Nutrition Managers to discuss and give the directions of each medical channel activity and plan before the implementation; monitors and oversees the implementation of medical channel activities or specific activities by field-visiting, getting the feedback/results from the customers, etc.; revises and adjusts the medical channel programs to be more practical and achievable.
- Develops the tailor-made of promotional materials in each medical channel programs by taking into the Nutrition Action Plan and Marketing and Sales Actions, the allocated budget, and competitors' activities, etc.; proposes and presents such materials to the teams during the meeting to ensure that all developed materials are valuable and practical for the users.
- Interviews and selects the potential applicants in the event of manpower need for the organization's field force; provides own comments on the qualification of the applicants interviewed to the direct supervisor for information and further selection process.
- Develops and motivates own immediate subordinates through: identifying strength and weakness for specific individual development, conducting on-the-job coaching in terms of product knowledge, planning and organizing, problem solving, etc.; and coordinating with Human Resources Department in setting up other corporate training courses for own subordinates, in order to build up efficient workforce and motivate field staff to achieve the business' objective.
- Performs other related duties of a similar type and at a similar level. About you - Bachelor Degree in Science or any related fields
