Our client is an American multinational pharmaceutical and biotechnology corporation. We are looking for Digital content.

**Responsibilities**:

- ** Local** digital content & channel**
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders (both commercial & non-commercial) to execute omnichannel engagement and optimize the customer experience.
- Supporting PHEX lead with wider teams (Digital client, BOP &SFE) including Global/ Regional Digital team, Medical, and Regulatory to execute the digital project and optimize the customer experience.
- Collaborating with agencies and other vendor partners.
- **Digital Content & Channel Operationalization**
- Acting as a partner coordinates with marketers, medical, etc. to achieve brands/Therapy areas engagement goals. In terms of content development, content approval (GCMA), and content calendar management.
- **HCPs channels**
- **Public/Patient channels**
- Social media, Digital Paid channel, Patient Portal.
- **Omnichannel Insight**
- Developing omnichannel KPIs, reporting, and tracking.
- Handling regular demonstration of tracking of performance to demonstrate learning and adapting to customer and channel feedback, commercial necessities, and changes in the customer and business environments.
- Handling accountability and evaluating the effectiveness of digital activities including channel performance.

**Qualifications**
- Computer literacy (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Proficient in spoken and written English.
- Cross-functional collaboration abilities across the organization.
- Creating and maintaining internal & external stakeholder relationships.
- Self-motivation / task management.
- Proven working experience in digital marketing.
