In charge of the full life cycle employment in terms of active sourcing, onboarding process to the exit interview.
Work closely and effectively with the hiring manager and executives in each designated team to link up and support any the people-related.
Identify any issues with drive-deep into it and come up on the solving suggestion with the best solution.
Initiate and support the team on manpower planning.
Execute the individual & group discussion to each new Bitkuber especially at the beginning of their journey at Bitkub with the structured measurement to discover the obstacle in the #LifeAtBitkub.
Attend the weekly meeting and submit the Weekly Report to brainstorm on the ongoing issues.
In charge of pulse check, engagement survey, engagement activities, and exit interview.
In charge of following up on related training and development programs for responsible business units.
**Recruitment**:
Work with internal line managers to understand their requirements.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for Full-Time Employees and Intern.
**Performance Management**:
Drive performance management reviews, providing guidance.
Advice and train managers on managing performance issues at all levels by implementing relevant retention strategies and identifying learning.
Develop needs for business units and individual coaching needs.
**Data and Project**:
Identify problems and opportunities, based on data and by working with others, improving critical operational metrics, and proposing project ideas/solutions.
Initiate, plan, and drive projects aiming at improving our mission-critical metrics: operational efficiency, service levels, quality, productivity, cost efficiency, and people engagement.
Qualifications.
5-7 years experience in HRBP & Recruitment function.
Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
Good English command is required.
Able to lead and coach team, Team Player & Can-do attitude.
