**Your impact**:
In the last year, Amity grew headcount by 33% and the years ahead are looking to be even mightier Whilst in a period of fast paced growth, we are looking for a People Operations Manager to join our team and help to improve and optimize all our People related processes and ensure their consistency and scalability on a global scale. This year we are knuckling down to conquer North America as we continue to grow our European hubs (UK and Italy) and deepen our reach in APAC (Thailand and Indonesia). Now, Amity is at over 25 nationalities globally and that's just across +200 employees

**Your team**:
You will report to Eleonora, our Head of People. You will directly manage a team of HR specialists and coordinate people and operations across different countries and continents. At Amity, we believe in a friendly and open communication within the team where everyone can state their opinion and influence our Amity people initiatives and strategies. You will work closely with international colleagues across different departments in a supportive but also very fast-paced environment.

**Your day-to-day responsibilities**:

- Ensure HR systems and operations run efficiently,
- Coordinate the team responsible for HR Operations,
- Run payroll operations in collaboration with Finance.
- Ensure all policies and processes are up to date, compliant, and communicated to our staff,
- Upgrade HR operations as needed as we scale to ensure compliance and simplicity,
- Maintain the HR Dashboard and run analysis as needed to look for opportunities of improvement,
- Keep up to date with labor law requirements and changes in order to ensure compliance of our operations,
- Collaborate with managers and leadership when it comes to employee relations, change management, training etc.
- Collaborate effectively with external stakeholders and vendors internal stakeholders.

**Your ideal profile**:

- 5+ years of experience with HR Operations in international companies, ideally a mix of startup and more complex organizations.
- Track record of designing & redefining HR processes for scale and growth.
- Strong project management skills and ability to drive change.
- Knowledge of employment laws, policies, and procedures across the countries where Amity is operating.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, contribute to the HR strategy while also having an excellent attention to detail is essential.
- Business fluent level of English language skills and the ability to effectively communicate at multiple levels within the company.
