- In charge of managing overall of After Sales Service operations.
- Develop and review customer service, spare parts, technician process, included managing complaints.
- Generate customer’s satisfaction and feedback survey for product and service improvement.
- Train and coach Service team member to improve capability and productivity.คุณสมบัติ
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, Electric Engineer or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in after sale services.
- Excellent interpersonal skills (verbal and written in English and Thai).
- Have management, problem solving, analytical thinking, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in MS PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Good English literacy.
