PRTR’s IT Team is looking for an experienced Head of IT - Service Delivery to join one of our international clients based in Bangkok. You’ll be expected to manage existing business relationships through high-level service delivery, successfully oversee several IT projects simultaneously, and provide strategic and consultative advice to support client requirements. You’ll have exceptional team management capabilities and the determination to ensure maximum client satisfaction.
**Job Purpose**
- Identifying the client’s needs and overseeing the delivery of the projects per the business requirements.
- Managing the planning including the budget, IT resource mobilization, execution, quality, and communications of projects.
- Keeping track and monitoring the project’s health in the IT master plan. As well as work closely with business and management for prioritization and alignment with business and strategy.
- Adhering to established project management methodology, technology standards, IT governance, and strategies.
- Ensuring the delivery processes meet consistently high levels of service in a timely manner and cost-effectively.
- Providing excellent customer service, who possess strong interpersonal and leadership skills, and who enjoy working as a team.
- Engaging with related regional parties to drive success in delivery.
**Responsibilities**
- Being the center of contact for IT projects starting from gathering business needs in structured ways to coming up with the IT master plan.
- Working with business units and management on strategic alignment and prioritization of the IT projects in the IT master plan.
- Providing the plans and ensuring successful project delivery within time, budget, and specific constraints.
- Keeping the management and stakeholders informed/updated on the IT master plan status.
- Resolving any issues that the team may encounter during the project, also ensuring the escalation is done in time.
- Performing work under IT standard policies and procedures in the most efficient way.
- Navigate the team's inefficient process of delivery and escalate to management to improve the delivery process.
- Supervising and overseeing team members in different stages of the delivery process. Even though they may not be their direct line manager, but this role holds the accountability for carrying out the required processes and tasks and providing great services.
- Representing the point of escalation for the team and facilitating the resolution, mitigation, and escalation to senior management and other business units.
- Connecting with the Regional IT project management team or key stakeholders to sync up and leverage technology matters within the region.
- Developing cost and may increase the higher trading value which relies on a reliable trading system.
- Delivering the business requirements, Project quality in cost & time, and customer satisfaction.
- Providing accurate planning in budgeting and timeline, Execution per plan, Delivery per IT governance in efficient ways, Provide the artifacts as required.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computing, Information Technology, or IT project management or a PMP certification.
- At least 10 years in IT projects/programs management.
- Strong leadership, influencing, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and prioritize competing requirements.
- Fluent in speaking/writing in English.
- Experience in Finance/Securities industry would be an advantage.
