Maintaining records of software licenses, computers and hardware.
Managing stocks of equipment and asset tag, consumables and other supplies.
Purchasing IT equipment and coordinate with the vendor team.
Being responsible for any task assigned by manager.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology.
2-4 years of experience as an IT support role.
Exceptional ability to provide technical support and resolve queries.
In-depth knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks.
Ability to determine IT needs, onboarding and train end-users.
Proficiency in IT helpdesk software, such as Freshservice.
