Location: Bangkok (BTS accessible)
- We are seeking an experienced HR Professional for one of our clients in energy business. The position is based in Bangkok and reports to the HR Director and will be responsible for all HR activities across the cluster (Thailand, China and Malaysia) in line with the Group guidelines.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
- Support develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business / group HR strategy like Performance Management System, Talent Management System, Human Resources Information System (HRIS), Learning & Development initiatives etc.
- Support key coverage countries specific programs related to employment rules development and implementation, ISO Implementation, and other quality standards.
- HR business partner - to support key operation areas such employee’s relation, benefits enhancement, key HR operation improvement for each coverage countries.
- Budget control and tracking i.e. hiring budget, benefits budget enforcement (In coordination with Finance representative).
- Manage the recruitment and selection process - Recruitment Support to all countries and ensure that the positions focused are hired within the target set (time and cost).
- Plan, monitor, and appraise HR activities by scheduling management conferences with employees, hearing and resolving employee grievances, training managers to coach and discipline employees, and counselling employees and supervisors.
- Build strong relationships with external suppliers, fostering trust and promoting collaboration.
- Handle confidential matters with discretion.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
- Nurture a positive working environment.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout the locations.

**Qualifications**:

- Fluent in Thai and English, Chinese (Mandarin) is beneficial.
- Graduate / Post Graduate degree in human resources or related field.
- Minimum 10-12 years’ experience of in human resources.
- Exceptional communication skills, writing skills, interpersonal skills, and ethical mindset.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution.
- Extensive knowledge of HR policies and systems.
- Working knowledge of MS Office.
- Work experience as an HR Business Partner.
- People oriented and results driven.
- Active listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the organization
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices
