Location: Bangkok- Develop priorities, initiatives, and a roadmap for organizational development that aligns with the overall direction of the organization, both in the commercial and supply chain domains, to support the business performance of the company. This includes taking responsibility for implementing various OD interventions tailored to the organization's context.
- Foster employee engagement and promote organizational values and culture while introducing new initiatives for the future.
- Collaborate closely with top-level management and relevant departments to study and analyze challenges and opportunities. Design, develop, present, and integrate various HROD solutions, whether within or outside of direct responsibilities, to maximize organizational benefits.
- Strategize and establish approaches for each HROD solution or initiative, including change management plans and clear operational guidelines.
- Manage projects or programs developed by internal teams and external partners, including budget and resource allocation, in alignment with operational plans. Additionally, develop solutions to address issues and challenges to ensure the successful achievement of project goals and objectives through effective collaboration and a positive work environment among all relevant departments.

Qualifications:

- Good command in both Thai and English.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a senior-level HR role, with a focus on organizational development, talent management, and employee engagement.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws and regulations.
- Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing HR programs and initiatives that drive organizational effectiveness and employee development.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Ability to multiple priorities effectively.
- Experience in change management and organizational design is highly desirable.
