- 1. Assist the Branch Manager in increasing profit, sales, drive/promote products, expand markets and controlling operating expenses by ensuring upkeep of store and equipment.
- 2. Support the Branch Manager in recruiting, hiring, and training of Team Members.
- 3. Assist the Branch Manager with providing a strong leadership presence and control in store, while ensuring that all customers receive good service and quality products.
- 4. Consistently creates a welcoming environment for the customer by greeting and assisting; as well as quickly responding to customer inquiries and needs.
- 5. Deal with any enquiries and complaints and monitor customer service.
- 6. Performs all duties as directed by Manager.คุณสมบัติ
