**Responsibilities**:

- **Manage, and mentoring QA team members to ensure continued professional development and growth.**:

- **Leading a team of 8 members to ensure efficient and effective QA testing processes.**:

- **Defect management: perform defect logging, follow defect life cycle, and create defect reports.**

***:

- Estimate, prioritize, arrange, and coordinate testing operations, and then undertake rigorous testing once defects have been fixed.***:

- Understand functional requirements and design test cases.***:

- Keep abreast of changes in technology, standards, and relevant developments in IT & testing by maintaining professional competency through training, reading, and linkages with professional organizations.**
**Qualifications**:

- **Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or other related fields.**:

- ** **10+ years total experience and 4+ years of experience in Lead position.**

***-** **Have a good knowledge in testing methodologies, able to create the test cases, test data and test report.**
- ** **Experience with Agile methodologies and experience in using Jira/Confluence/SharePoint.**:

- ** Strong **communication skills in English/Thai.**:
