**QA Team Leader**

**Main responsibilities**:
**Team Leadership**:

- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of QA engineers, providing guidance, coaching,

and support to drive professional growth and excellence.
- Foster a collaborative and positive team culture that encourages open

communication, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.

**Quality Assurance Strategy**:

- Develop and implement QA strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure the

delivery of software products that meet or exceed customer expectations and industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Development, Product Management,

and Project Management, to establish comprehensive testing plans and release schedules.

**Test Planning and Execution**:

- Lead the creation of comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on requirements and design documentation.
- Oversee the execution of various testing types, including functional, integration, regression, performance, and user acceptance testing.

**Defect Management**:

- Manage the defect tracking process, including identification, documentation, prioritization, resolution, and verification of defects.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution of issues and

facilitate effective communication between teams.

**Test Automation**:

- Collaborate with QA engineers to identify opportunities for test automation

and guide the implementation of automated test scripts using industry-standard

tool and frameworks.

**Process Improvement**:

- Continuously assess and improve QA processes to enhance efficiency, effectiveness,

and overall product quality.
- Implement best practices and industry standards for QA methodologies, tools,

and techniques.

**Reporting and Documentation**:

- Provide regular status reports and metrics to stakeholders, highlighting QA progress,

issues, and trends.
- Maintain thorough and up-to-date documentation related to test plans, test cases,

and testing results.



**Job Requirement**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

(or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience of 3+ years in software quality assurance, with a track record

of progressively increasing responsibility and leadership roles.
- Fluent in English. At least C1 level.
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, processes, and best practices.
- Proficiency in test case design, test execution, and defect tracking.
- Experience with test automation tools and frameworks.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and guide

a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality results.
- Knowledge of Agile and DevOps practices is a plus.
