**About this opportunity**:
We are now looking for the combination of Head of Project Office and Customer Operations Manager (COM), to ensure that all contractual deliveries are fulfilled towards one of the biggest 4G-5G customer, TrueCorp in Thailand.

The Head of Project office and COM shall ensure that the portfolio is maintained and that projects within that portfolio are progressing according to schedule. The role, with the insight of the ongoing portfolio, is crucial for ensuring communication to the KAM and Network Operations for specific progress and support as well as towards Network Solutions for providing input into opportunities towards the customer. **What you will do**:

- Manage Project Management Governance (internal and customer) including Change control management
- Manage Business Operations and project financial (Quote to invoice) as well as work closely with Account for Customer POs
- Manage Resource management
- Perform project cost control including monitor external PR/PO/GR/IR closely and drive for immediate actions
- Manage Material management with Supply and customer - and ensure the updates in customer inventory and Asset management systems
- Manage teams of professional employees (Customer project managers, Project administration, Project planners, resource manager) with accountability for the performance and results
- Persuade managers and leaders to take action and / or negotiates with external partners / vendors / customers
- Supervise all contractual obligations are fulfilled by Ericsson and the customer for the specific opportunity
- Take the role of Program CFR for deliveries, with ability to contribute to pre-sales activities as well
- Identify and drive potential Sales opportunities / add-on sales for the Network contract related to the specific opportunity
- Strengthen customer engagement, main interface will be TrueCorp Network Rollout, Network Consolidation and Network Demand Planning

**You will bring**:

- 15 years of relevant experience in ICT Industry with experience in pre-sales and service delivery
- Knowledge about Ericsson Network Services business, rollout processes (XLPM, NRO, NDT), stakeholders (Customer, CU, Market Area Service Lines, Managed Services, Supply, Sourcing, external partners) in the ecosystem. Knowledge of product portfolio is an advantage
- Business leader with entrepreneurial and commercial thinking - responsible for end-to-end services business comprising of ongoing engagements as well as identification of new opportunities
- Accountable for financial performance of projects - Revenue, Margins, management of projects and financials in Global Chronos
- Compliance to company’s objectives - Project governance, XLPM cycle, Cost controls, Productivity, Planning, Lead time, Target Zero, CPPM controls
- Inclination towards Digitalization ambition of Ericsson and the unit - use of Ericsson tools, automations, identification of opportunities for efficiencies
- Required soft skills - Effective verbal and written communication, people leadership abilities in a matrix work environment with reporting of senior team members, decision making abilities, assertiveness
