The Project Management Officer (PMO) is a professional who can support projects independently, acting as the project manager's right hand / solution delivery manager.

The PMO's activities are centered on resource and work planning and control, budget management, change management, and project quality control. PM Officers assist the project manager in administering and operating within various project management areas, and sometimes they assist in delivering scheduled and on-demand PMO services within the time, scope, and budget agreed upon with the client. PM Officers will report directly to the Head of Solution Delivery and will be a member of the Solution Delivery team.WHAT WILL YOU DO:

- Assist in the development of a project governance framework or standard project management methodology with the PMO lead in order to have a structured approach to governing projects across multiple stakeholders.
- Organizing project resource management to ensure that the appropriate resources are allocated to the appropriate project at the appropriate time.
- Planning project management, including setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and assigning team members to various deliverables.
- Processes and workflows should be streamlined and automated.
- Mentoring and training for project managers and administrators.
- Assist in the prioritization of projects in accordance with our strategic business objectives.
- Facilitate team collaboration and communication, for example, by organizing internal and external meetings.
- Provide project metrics reporting, such as overall project progress and health, milestone and deliverable status across the portfolio, project risks and mitigations, project performance, resource management and utilization, and so on.
- Work with leaders across various departments (internal and external) to help streamline our projects to ensure we reach our goals and keep projects on track for timely completion.

WHAT DO WE EXPECT:

- Experienced in Salesforce is a plus.
- Basic understanding of **Software Implementation**, **CRM solution**, **Salesforce** is a plus.

- Prepare reports, proposals, and presentations.
- Focus on details, errorless delivery, logical reasoning.
- A strong team player, proven team leadership potential
- Strong planning and organizing, ability to see the big picture.
- Fast learner with ability to adapt to change quickly
- Using proper project management tools to evaluate the results of the projects
- Design and implement a method of tracking applicable to ongoing business strategies
- Strong, professional communication skills, able to approach project managers using appropriate methodology, document and style.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Excellent command of spoken and written Thai and English.
- Project management certification is preferred e.g. PMI, PMI-ACP, CSM.
- 2 - 4 years of project management support experience in professional services in Software development, IT or CRM solution.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); Excel proficiency (pivot, v lookup, Macro, and skill in Excel formula is required)
- Outstanding and effective interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with colleagues from different departments such as project managers, solution consultants, developer, customer support and vendors.
- Strong understanding of the principles project management and the software development implementation approach.
- Excellent knowledge of the full business software solution project lifecycle, methodology (Waterfall, Agile and Hybrid), and integration with peripheral systems.
