Assistant Manager

Bachelor s or higher in Marketing.
At least 3-5 years experience in Loyalty program.
Good analytical and strategic thinking.
JOB FUNCTIONS.
1. Create, manage, and maintain branding and communication strategies for membership programs.
2. Overseeing direct communications with customers through our membership tools and offline channels.
3. Forecast, manage and analyze program performance metrics and to report on activities e.g. the growth of membership and campaign tracking.
4. Develop and implement marketing communication strategy and activities to drive member acquisition.
5. Evaluates program performance and investigates opportunities in order to recommend promotions and strategies campaign to acquire and maintain members.
6. Reviews and approves all marketing materials developed to promote the program.
7. Integrated marketing mix strategies (IMC/ Digital/ Retail) and create the right angle to build combined, engaging consumer brand experiences.
8. Ensure consistency of plan in all touch points online, offline, in-store and throughout.
9. Performs other duties as assigned by management /direct supervisor
