**Responsibilities**

You will assist our Office Manager in her daily work, which includes
- Send domestic and international outbound communication on behalf of the Office Manager.
- File and monitor records and documents as required.
- Organize and prepare for management meetings, including gathering documents, attending to meeting logistics and taking meeting minutes.
- Coordinate company meetings and events.
- File and monitor employee contracts and any other relevant documents of the company.
- Assist in planning and management of office resources, supplies and staff.
- Take responsibility in the Company’s training system, monitor training schedules, maintain training records, identify gaps and communicate training courses to staff.
- Manage cleaning schedule of offices and maintenance of equipment (air conditioners, fridges etc.) to keep International Diagnostics an attractive place to work.
- คุณสมบัติ
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business Administration, Accounting, Sciences or any field related to the Company’s business.
- Fluency in Thai and English, both written and spoken
- At least two years experience in executive assistant work, HR and/or office management.
- Excellent time management skills, ability to prioritize work.
- Attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, pleasant personality, positive attitude, good team player, trustworthy and reliable.
- Knowledge of human resources management practices and procedures.
- Knowledge of Quality Management Systems is an asset
