**Duties and responsibilities**:

- Formulate and implement HR policies and strategies which are in line with corporate objectives as well as in compliance with employment legislation.
- Identify manpower requirement, in conjunction with line mangers and advise the line manager in realizing, through participation in the selection process the quality of manpower required to satisfy the company’s needs.
- Develop and implement reward management and remuneration polices and systems which effectively attract and retain talents and motivate them to contribute the fullest in achievement of corporate objective.
- Design and maintain benefits program appropriate to the needs and expectation of different categories of employees and are consistent with economic and social conditions.
- Advise on employee relations strategy to maximize involvement, commitment, cooperation while minimizing conflicts and industrious unrest.
- Cultivate and promote harmonious employee relations through effective use of communication vehicles, the disciplinary and grievance procedures, counseling services and communication meeting etc. to enhance trust and mutual understanding between management and all work levels of staff.
- Develop learning and development culture and design training programs in a cost-effective manner to ensure the number of skill level of staff are available to meet company’s business plan and objectives.
- Ensure all HR policies, procedures and processes are up to date, legally compliant and meet the internal control requirements.
- Advise management and executives on all areas of human resources management.
- Ensure the payroll management system is timely and effectively administered.

- Lead the country HR organization to initiate and drive HR practices to create a high-performance, results-driven culture that emphasizes learning, potential realization, empowerment, quality, productivity and standards and the attraction, retention and development of a superior team to realize the vision and accomplish the mission
- Manage and execute the provision of HR products (services), processes, policies and programs and advise the management and employees about HR strategies and issues.

- Understanding of Human Resources management (Employee life cycle)
- Understanding of full loop HR Operations and Administration
- Initiating and driving strategy to serve local needs
- Driving and bringing regional strategy to life locally (localized)
- Understanding of HR Best practices/ standards/ work processes
