- Prepare management and customer schedule by communicating with customers and reporting.
- Confirm the production schedule for export to the customer and send documents to the customer after confirmation.
- Weekly meeting with production to follow up on the production progress.
- Check QIMA system and appointment making.
- Organize and coordinate meetings and conferences, travel management.
- Take minutes of meetings and distribute them to the concerned person.
- Secure information by completing database backups.
- Set up and maintain documents about quality management systems.
- Liaise with internal and external contact.
- Work with the director to coordinate and supervise daily operations, monitor the attainment of objectives.
- Receive PO from the customer, make sale note and update into the software, production lead-time to confirm customer of export date.
- Sale budget update.
- Fulfill duties as assigned by the Managing Director.
คุณสมบัติ
- Age 28 - 35 years.
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- At least 2 years of experience in Personal Assistant, Company Secretary, Secretary for Top Management or related field.
- Fluent command of English, French is an advantage.
- Good computer literacy (MS Office Word, Excel, PPT and etc.).
- Proactive, well-organized, detailed-oriented, efficient and strongly independent.
- Good personality, strong negotiation skills and able to work under pressure.
