**Urgent opening for Customer Service Executive for Bangkok Thailand Location.**

**Industry - Logistics / Freight Forwarding.**
**Job Description.**
- Knowledge of placing bookings with Shipping lines Online/ Inttra/ Mannual( if required)
- Timely coordination with agent / shipper / Liners for shipment status, bookings, cut off & container gate in status.
- Following up with shipper for SI drafts
- Communication with Internal team and inter departments for Import/ Exports consignments handled by Team
- Should have knowledge of handling Cross country/ Third country shipments
- Knowledge of what is Switch Bl & how it is handled
- Knowledge of handling Nomination shipments
- Basic knowledge of sending rate quotation & checking online rates (will be add on)
- Job Creation in System
**Job Specification**
**Qualification - **Bachelor’s degree
**Experience - **At least 2 - 3 years’ experience in shipping, customer service on freight forwarder business or shipping
**Skills & Key Competencies -**
Have computer skills, hardworking and patient.
Good Attitude, positive interpersonal skill, well-organised and able to work as teamwork.
**Salary**: From ฿25,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
